I had a great three-night Christmas package. The twin room had views of the Cathedral and included a complimentary wine bottle with a large chocolates box. I found the staff very friendly and always willing to help. The food was excellent and available in good quantity.
I did notice that the hotel appears to be somewhat dated. The interior could use some investment to address issues like stained ceiling tiles and scratched walls. I also found that some lamps were not working and switches were broken, showing the need for maintenance.

The hotel looks a little bit dated. It probably could use some updates to its style.

The central location proved useful. The hotel staff were friendly. They provided assistance efficiently. The room had A HUGE picture window overlooking the cathedral. I also liked that the hotel allows pets.
The shower had bad water pressure. The temperature was also very temperamental.
